Shayshal has a heritage of somethignr esembling Italy, and has three enchated blades called Celestial Lights, that glow when the possibilty of a fight is high.
They are known to attract the eye, and if stared at too long they will leave a temprary white spot on your eye, partially and temporarly blinding you.
